For identification purposes, this version of the 6-cylinder bulkhead features the following:
- Straight tie rod brackets.
- No pressing in rear of glovebox. Round body wiper motor fitted with clamp.
- Door hinges secured with captive J-nuts.
- 345636, Plate for Pedals, all RHD, from vehicle suffix ‘G’ (Direct coupled brake servo models)
- 338091, Cover Plate for LH Toe Panel, RHD models

Each part has been reverse-engineered and accurately CAD drawn, generating very precise manufacturing drawings to replicate Rover’s original specifications.
All component parts are laser cut and CNC folded. The bulkhead assembly is then authentically spot-welded, arc welded, and finally TIG welded on our purpose-made jigs using 36 alignment points.
