Suitable only for Series 2a, 6-cylinder models, ROW LHD models.
Remanufactured to our usual high specification.
For identification purposes, this version of the 6-cylinder bulkhead features the following:
- Angled tie rod brackets.
- Pressing in rear of glovebox to allow clearance for square body wiper motor.
- Captive nut plates for door hinge fastening.
- 338085, Plate for Pedals, all LHD, upto vehicle suffix ‘F’ (Remote brake servo models)
- 338088, Cover Plate for RH Toe Panel, ROW LHD models
Note: Type 6 bulkheads may only have originally been built as ‘Remote’ brake servo models.

Each part has been reverse-engineered and accurately CAD drawn, generating very precise manufacturing drawings to replicate Rover’s original specifications.
All component parts are laser cut and CNC folded. The bulkhead assembly is then authentically spot-welded, arc welded, and finally TIG welded on our purpose-made jigs using 36 alignment points.
